Go on Offense
Here are the steps you can take if you believe your parents have been cheated or abused:
- Contact the Arkansas Medicaid Fraud Control Unit, 1-866-810-0016 or (501) 682-7760, or by email, medicaid@ag.state.ar.us
- Contact the Arkansas Office of Long Term Care, Abuse Complaint Section, (501) 682-8430, or the Statewide Long Term Care Ombudsman in the Division of Aging and Adult Services, (501) 682-8952.
- Contact your local Area Agency on Aging: Go to www.arkansas.gov/dhs/aging/aaamap.html and click on your home county for contact information.
